    1/2 cup white wine
    2.5 cups tomatoes, canned
    2 garlic cloves
    1 pinch cinnamon
    1 pinch clove
    1 pinch ginger
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs

    Yogurt Béchamel:

    1 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp flour
    1 cup plain yogurt (low or no fat)
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1 egg yolk
    1 pinch nutmeg
