Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained
1 can of black olives, sliced
1 can of tomatoes (could certainly use fresh instead)
1 container of feta cheese (appx 1.25 cups)
1/2 cucumber, diced
4 medium celery stalks, diced
1/2 red onion, minced
minced garlic or garlic salt (optional)
