    1/4 c Parmesan cheese
    pinch grated nutmeg
    1/2 t salt
    pinch black pepper
    6 c shredded fresh spinach (1 lb)
    2 c fresh broccoli florets
    1 1/2 c canned diced tomatoes, with liquid
