  • 1 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
  • 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded sharp provolone or grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
