Baked Root Vegetables & Squash

Ingredients

    * 2 garnet sweet potatoes (with or without skin)
    * 1 large turnip
    * 1 large radish
    * 1 acorn squash, blanched and peeled
    * 1 medium yellow onion
    * 1 tbsp Sage
    * 1 tbsp Rosemary
    * 1 tbsp Marjoram
    * 1 tbsp thyme
    * 2 tbsp Olive Oil
    * 3 cloves garlic, chopped
    * salt and black pepper to taste
