- I converted some of the values in the recipe to the ones listed in SP (e.g. tbsp to 1/4 cup) using the conversion calculator.
1/4 c rice vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
2 Kirby cucumbers
1 jalapeno (red or green)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground turkey (or try chicken/pork)
1/4 c hoisin sauce
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
4 pitas halved (use whole-wheat, if possible)

I Found This Recipe In Real Simple Magazine (made By Sara Quessenberry). It's Really Tasty. I Am Looking For Ways To Reduce The Sodium. They Made It With Ground Pork. You Can Also Make This With Ground Chicken Or Turkey.I Made It With Ground Turkey.
