Ingredients

    2 cups water
    1 tablespoon ICNB soft spread
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 (2-inch) cinnamon stick
    1 cup uncooked Arborio or other short-grain rice
    2 1/2 cups fat-free milk
    1/6 cup Splenda Sugar blend for baking
    2 teaspoons grated lime rind
    1/2 cup golden raisins
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
