Apricot Turkey Meatloaf For Two


    --> Extra Lean (99% fat free) Ground Turkey - 10oz (typically half the package)
    --> Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal - 1/2 cup
    --> Dried Apricots - 4 pieces
    --> Egg Beaters (egg substitute) - 1.5 tbsp
    --> One medium sized mushroom, sliced
    --> Oregano - 1 tsp (more/less to taste)
    --> Ketchup - 5 tbsp
    --> Yellow Mustard - 0.75 tbsp
    --> Brown Sugar - 2 tsp
