Apple Pear Crumble


    Fruit filling:
    2 medium pears
    2 medium apples
    1 tsp cinnamon
    (1/4-1/2 cup sugar to sweeten fruit - optional and not included in my nutritional calculation)
    Crumble topping:
    1/2 cup instant oats
    3/4 cup wholemeal plain flour
    1/4 cup dessicated coconut
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    90 grams low fat margarine
    1/4 chopped almonds
    1/4 tsp cinnamon


Uses Low Fat Margarine Instead Of Butter
