10 oz container of fat free cottage cheese
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 box of 14 manicotti shells
minced garlic to taste
basil to taste
oregano to taste
black pepper to taste
thyme to taste
tarragon to taste
other spices to taste
olive oil cooking spray
2 skillets
1 8 x 14 pyrex cooking pan
2 collanders

A Lower Calorie Version Of A Delicious Dish I Had At Olive Garden Once. The Sodium Is A Bit High, And The Fat Content Makes It A Once And A While Treat, But It Works!
