3/4 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
1 (6-oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 cup water-packed roasted red peppers, drained, cut into strips
1/4 cup chopped red onion (or sliced scallions)
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
3 oz semisoft goat cheese (chevre), crumbled
2 T. fresh basil, chopped
