Ingredients

    1/3 cup Wheat Bran
    1/2 cup of Quinoa Flour
    1 cup Steel Cut Oats
    6 scoops of Shapeworks Meal Replacement Vanilla
    454 grams of firm tofu
    1 cup unseetened apple sauce
    1 tbs vanilla extract
    1 tbsp Xanthan gum
    3 eggs
    6 tbsp of natural peanut butter - crunchy
    1 medium banana
    2 tbs cocoa
    .5 cup raw almonds (smashed)


    Put steel cut oats on to cook. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix Wheat Bran, Quinoa Flour, Shapeworks Meal Replacement, tofu, applesauce, Xanthan gum, and eggs in large mixing bowl. Then add peanut butter, banana, cocoa and mix again. Put almonds in small bag and crush - add to mixture. Add hot cooked Steel Cut Oats and mix.

    Pour mixture into two 8x8 oiled baking dishes. Bake covered for 25 minutes and then uncovered for 15 minutes.
