Sproutpeople Gazpacho

Ingredients

    3/4 cup olive oil
    3 scallions - chopped
    4 cloves garlic - minced
    2 sweet peppers (any or all colors) - chopped
    1/3 cup celery - chopped
    2 pounds tomatoes - chopped
    2 cucumbers - seeded (optional) and chopped
    2 cups Leafy Sprouts (alfalfa, clover, etc) - chopping optional
    1 cup Sprouted Beans (lentils, garbanzos, adzukis, etc)
    1 1/2 quarts vegetable or chicken stock
    2 cups white wine - dry
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 cup cilantro - chopped
    1/2 tsp. black pepper - ground
    1 Tbs. basil
    2 bay leaves
    1 Tbs. dill weed
    salt to taste
