    1 (3.5 oz) can green chiles
    1 large yellow onion peeled and quartered
    1 red bell pepper
    1 yellow bell pepper
    8 cups butternut squash cubes (from about a medium butternut squash peeled and cut)
    3 cloves garlic
    1 t. salt
    2 t. cumin
    1 c. greek yogurt
    1 (8oz) tomato sauce
    2 cans white beans, like Great Northern rinsed and drained
    3 T. taco seasoning
