Green Bean & Corn Salad

Ingredients

    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced
    Scallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (seeded and chopped fine)
    Celery, 2 stalks, large (Sliced Thin)
    Fennel, 1/4 bulb (Sliced real thin with a few leaves)
    Cilantro or Parsley,1/4 cup chopped
    Black Olives (Sliced) 10 Olives or 1/4 - 1/2 Cup
    Lemon Juice, 2 tbsp
    Vineger, 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1/4 cup
    Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
    Pinch of Chili Powder (optional)
    Salt & Pepper to Taste
