Fennel, 1/4 bulb (Sliced real thin with a few leaves)
Cilantro or Parsley,1/4 cup chopped
Black Olives (Sliced) 10 Olives or 1/4 - 1/2 Cup
Lemon Juice, 2 tbsp
Vineger, 2 tbsp
Olive Oil, 1/4 cup
Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
Pinch of Chili Powder (optional)
Salt & Pepper to Taste
