Ingredients

    Wontons and Dressing:
    24 small wonton wrappers
    1/2 C rice vinegar
    3 Tbsp low fat Jiff creamy peanut butter
    3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    2 Tbsp canola oil
    2 tsp toasted sesame oil
    2 Tbsp sugar
    2 tsp grated fresh gingerroot
    2 garlic cloves, grated
    1/4 tsp ground pepper

    Salad:
    3 C EACH - shredded napa cabbage, red cabbage, and romaine lettuce
    4 green onions with tops, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp canola oil
    18 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 tsp ground pepper
    1/8 tsp salt
    3 medium oranges, segmented
