- 1 lb ground turkey (I used white meat only; it's lower in fat)
2 jars Trader Jose's Chunky Salsa
2 cans Trader Joe's Marinated Bean Salad
1 medium onion chopped
1 tsp olive oil
Serve with sour cream and/or cheese at your own peril of adding extra calories & sodium.
