1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
3in piece of ginger, peeled and grated
2 tablespoons butter
1 Serrano pepper, cut in half lengthwise
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/4 cup mango or tomato chutney
1 10 oz box frozen peas
1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
