Ingredients

    8 units skinless chicken breasts
    2 cups sliced colored bell peppers
    .75 cup rough chop scallions
    3 sliced cloves garlic
    2 tbsp canola oil for pan searing
    .5 tsp olive oil for dressing
    1.5 tsp mustard for dressing
    juice of one lemon
    1 tsp each allspice, cinnamon, dried thyme
    3 tsp cumin
    2 tsp salt (or to taste)
