- 1 head of cabbage
1 1/2 pounds ground round
1/2 cup onion, chopped (about 1/2 onion)
2/3 cup brown rice, dry (about 2 cups cooked)
2 Tbs butter, unsalted
1 cup tomato sauce (about 8 oz canned)
