    1 medium stalk of raw diced Celery
    1 cup raw diced Onions
    3 cups of Diced Tomates in Tomato Juice
    1 tbsp 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
    48 large pre-cooked Shrimp with tails removed
    1/2 cup water
    1 tbsp Garlic powder (or to taste)
    1 tbsp Onion powder (or to taste)
    1 tsp Ground Oregano, ground (or to taste)
    1 tsp Ground Black Pepper (or to taste)
    1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
    1 tsp Basil (or to taste)
