    1/4 c Arrowroot flour
    1/8 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 eggs
    1/4 c canola oil
    1 Tblspn chia seed
    3/4 c water
    1/4 c Agave Syrup
    4 tsp Splenda
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 cup grated zucchini
    1/4 c Motts for tots apple juice

Description

Good Fiber/low Carb/low Glycemic Bread For Diabetics. Kind Of Taste Similiar To Brown Bread But Not As Sweet. Add Nuts, Raisins, Apples Or Even Pineapple As An Option.
