    - 2/3-1 pound brussel sprouts, trimmed and roughly chopped
    - 4 cloves garlic
    - 2 Tablespoons cilantro
    - 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
    - 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
    - 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
    - Salt and pepper
