Ingredients

    2 c. cooked brown rice
    .5 c. uncooked lentils
    2 tbs. sesame oil
    1 medium onion, peeled and diced
    6 oz. extra firm tofu, drained and cubed
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp ground black pepper
    2" fresh ginger root, peeled and minced
    4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    3 carrots, peeled and chopped
    5 large mushrooms, washed and sliced
    1 tbs tamari
    .25c to .5c stock
    .25 c ground peanuts or chunky peanut butter
    .5 tsp cayenne pepper
    2 tsp ground coriander
    2 tsp ground cumin
