  • 1/3 cup  packed light-brown sugar
  • 4 cloves  garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon  curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon  cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon  ground cinnamon
  •   Pork Chops:
  • 6   thin boneless pork chops (about 1 pound total))
  • 2 cups  shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup  packaged shredded carrots
  • 6   regular-size pita breads OR: 12 mini pita breads
