    1 small can tuna, drained
    4 scallions
    3 cloves garlic
    2 T fresh parsley
    2 T capers
    16 oz spaghetti
    1 T butter
    2 T olive oil
    1 can diced tomatoes (~16 oz)
    1/2 cup white wine
    2 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    Seasoning to taste
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (if desired, not included in nutritional data)
