Grilled Tofu & Chicken Pad Thai

Ingredients

    8 oz extra firm tofu
    2 (8 oz) chicken breasts
    2 Tbl Peanut Oil
    Salt & Pepper
    2 Shalots
    2 Cloves of Garlic
    1 Tbl Ancho Chili powder
    1/4 cup tamarind paste - add 1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup rice vinegar
    2 Tbl Fish Sauce
    2 Tbl brown sugar
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    1 Lb Rice Noodles - soak 15 minutes
    1/4 cup sliced green onion
    1/4 cup cilantro
    4 oz bean sprouts
    1/4 cup cashews
    2 limes, halved & grilled
