    1/2 c. finely sliced red bell pepper
    1 c. shredded cabbage (red or green, but red has more nutrition)
    1/4 c. bean sprouts
    1 T each soy sauce and lime juice
    1/2 t grated fresh ginger
    fresh herbs, parlsey, basil, mint or cilantro, about 1/4 c. or to taste
    8 spring roll wrappers
