    1 cup mashed, ripe bananas (the riper the bananas, the more intense the flavor will be)

    2 teaspoons baking powder

    1/2 teaspoon baking soda

    1 and 3/4 cup mix of equal parts Tapioca Flour, Garbanzo Bean Flour, and Potato Starch

    Walnuts (optional)
