- 1 cup brown rice
3 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 lbs asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
1lb peeled, deveined raw shrimp
1 tbsp peeled fresh ginger, grated
2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp fresh lime juice = 1 lime
1/4c loosely packed fresh basil, thinly sliced
My own addition:
Fresh pineapple, chili sauce
