Thai Basil Vegetable Curry

Ingredients

    3/4 Cup Coconut Milk - Light
    1/4 Cup Vegetable Broth
    2 Tbsp. Green Curry Paste, vegan
    Juice of 1 Lime
    1 Tbsp. BRAGG's Liquid Aminos
    2 tsp. Brown Sugar, packed
    2 tsp. Cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. Canola Oil
    1 Red Bell Pepper
    1 Can Bamboo shoots, drained
    1 Cup Fresh Bean Sprouts
    1 Cup Peas, frozen
    1 Cup Carrots, shredded
    1 Tbsp. Garlic
    8 Tbsp. Basil

Description

This Vegetable Curry Is Wonderful Over Rice Or Cauliflower That Has Been Pulsed In A Food Processor (to Resemble Rice) And Sautéed In A Small Amount Of Oil.
