Chickpea Pumpkin And Sunflower Fritters

Ingredients

    1 can chickpeas, drained
    1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree (canned)
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1 tbsp minced onion
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1 tsp ground sage
    1 tsp cayenne
    1 tsp crushed red pepper
    2 tsp apple cider vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1-2 tbsp flour
    1 cup panko bread crumbs for coating
    1/4 cup canola oil (for frying)
