    1/2 lb beef flank steak, trimmed
    1/2 c sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c thinly sliced green onions
    2 T water
    1/4 t instant beef bouillon granules
    3 T low fat plain yogurt
    1/2 T flour
    1 t Dijon mustard
    1 lb fresh asparagus spears, cooked
