Leek And Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients

FILLING:

2 c sliced mushrooms

1 leek, sliced

1 large shallot, minced

1 Tbs olive oil

1/2 tsp herbes de provence

salt and pepper

1/2 glass white wine

CRUST:

3/4 stick unsalted butter

1 juice glass water

1 3/4 c flour

1/2 tsp sea salt

EGG MIXTURE:

3 eggs

1 c fat-free sour cream

1/2-1 c non-fat milk (enough to make 2 1/2 c mixture)

1/2 tsp salt

dash pepper
