4 chicken breasts, chopped into bite sized peices
4 small red chilies, minced
9 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans straw mushrooms
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red peeper, sliced
1 can coconut milk (or more to taste)
3 Tbsp. fish sauce
optional: 1 cup fresh coriander, roughly chopped
optional: additional red chilies, OR Nam Prik Pao Chili Sauce (1-2 tsp.)
optional: 1 tsp. brown sugar, and a sqeeze of lime juice, cherry tomatoes
