    1/2 pound Lean Ground Lamb (the leg is the leanest cut - at Whole Foods they ground it up for you)
    2 FlatOut Artisan Rosemary Olive Oil Flatbreads
    1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tsp Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing with Olive Oil
    1 Large Egg White
    Splash of Lemon Juice
    4 Garlic Cloves
    2 Roma Tomatoes
    1/2 Red Onion, sliced into rings
    1/2 cup Baby Spinach
    1/4 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
    1/2 tbsp Oregano
    1/2 tbsp Rosemary
    1/2 tbsp Paprika
    1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
    Pinch of Sage
    Pinch of Cumin
    Pinch of Black Pepper
