Thick oats, sliced almonds, raw cashews, raw sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, maple syrup, apple juice, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cranberries...
    I prefer thick oats from the bulk section of our local grocery store. All nuts are raw since they will be roasted in the oven. I prefer organic maple syrup & apple juice.
    Add whatever dried fruit you'd like - I prefer cranberries best, but whatever you add - do it after the oat mixture has cooled from the oven.
