  7. 3 3/4 cups rolled oats (12 ounces)
  8. 3ounces finely grated unsweetened coconut (1 cup)
  9. 3ounces raw cashews (1/2 cup)
  10. 3ounces pecans (1/2 cup)
  11. 3ounces shelled raw pistachios (1/2 cup)
  12. 3ounces slivered almonds (1/2 cup)
  13. 1cup fresh orange juice
  14. 10ounces mixed dried fruit, such as cranberries, golden raisins, cherries and chopped apple slices (2 cups)
