450 mls 1% milk
2 tbsp cornflour
100g sweetcorn
Salt & pepper, to taste
Description
This Is A Lighter Version Of The Corn Chowder Recipe I Already Posted. While The Other One Is Lovely And Rich, It's A Bit Heavy On The Calories, So I Modified The Recipe To Cut The Calories Without Losing Any Of The Flavour.
