Ingredients
- Salad:
1 head cabbage - shredded/chopped
2 bunches green onions - chopped
2 cups peanuts unsalted dry roasted -or less to taste (can also use almond slivers)
(can also add 1 crushed up package of ramen noodles for added crunch - optional and not included in nutritional info.)
Dressing:
1/2 C Oil
1/2 C Cider Vinegar
1/4 C splenda
Combine dry ingredients in a salad bowl
mix oil, vinegar, & sugar together and toss in salad.
Add chicken for protein - also not included in calorie count
