- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 and 1/2 C cannellini beans (or 1 can), cooked, rinsed and drained well
1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
1/4 C flax meal
2 - 3 T butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten
Garlic (crushed cloves or powder) to taste - I used at least 2 t of powder
Oregano to taste (2 - 3 t)
