1 - 14.75 ounce can skinless, boneless salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 medium carrot, finely shredded (1/4 cup)
1/4 c. finely shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese (1 ounce)
Basil Mayonnaise:
2 tblsp. olive oil mayonnaise
1 tblsp. light sour cream
2 tsp.snipped fresh basil
1 tsp. shredded lemon peel
