Ingredients

    3 large eggs
    3/4 c. Better n Eggs egg substitute
    2 tbsp skim milk
    1/2 c large black olives, halved
    3 indiv. canned artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
    1/2 c. fat free feta cheese (2 oz weight), crumbled
    1 tsp dill seed
    1/2 tsp dried basil
    1 c. tomatoes, chopped
    4 tbsp fat free sour cream
