- 1-2 frozen banana
1-2 apples, quartered, not peeled (for added fiber)
1C pineapple chunks
2C loosely packed greens (spinach, kale, chard, or other dark leafy greens are best)
1/2" piece fresh ginger, peeled
2-3 pitted dates
1 1/2C cold water
1/2C juice (apple, pineapple, or orange) - could substitute applesauce if no juice is available
1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
