- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried dates, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- FOR GARNISH
- 4 1/2 teaspoons whole brown flaxseed
