Ingredients

    1/2 Avocado
    1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
    1/2 Medium Red Tomato,diced
    Ginger Root, grated
    8 fresh coriander seeds, crushed or
    Dry Coriander, to taste
    Curry Powder, pinch

    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1/4 Medium White Onion, diced
    Dry Coriander, to taste
    Curry Powder, pinch
    1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
    2 Clove Garlic, pressed through a garlic press
    1 Medium Red Tomatoe, diced
    1/2 Cucumber (with peel), diced
    Ginger Root, to taste
    Cilantro Leaves, to taste
    Sea salt, to taste

    14 Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined

Description

I Made This As An Appetizer But It Could Easily Be Made Larger And Served For Dinner With Seasoned Brown Rice. Any Of The Seasonings Can Be Adjusted To Suit Your Taste.
