Low Fat Banana Bread

Ingredients

    1 cup brown rice flour
    2 cups WW flour
    1 cup white or demerara sugar
    2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 eggs
    2 cups banana, mashed
    1/2 cup applesauce
    2 tsp vanilla

Description

For Even Less Fat, Use 4 Egg Whites Instaed Of Whole Eggs.
