Vegetable Coconut Curry Soup

Ingredients

    3 TBS sesame oil
    1 cup diced celery
    1 finely diced jalapeno
    1 diced sweet pepper
    4 cloves garlic
    3 thin, long slices of ginger.
    2 cups sliced moonlight mushrooms
    1/2 cup sliced leek
    2 cups sliced Chinese cabbage
    4 cups tap water
    2 vegetable boullion cubes
    1 cup evaporated milk
    1/4 cup coconut paste (sweetened)
    1.5 TBS curry powder
    1 tsp salt
    dash of black pepper, white pepper, ground cloves, cinnamon, paprika
    1/2 cup dried TVP, chicken cube style
