Ingredients
- 2 TBL Canola Oil
1 tsp Dark Sesame Oil
2 Cloves Garlic = 1 TBL, sliced thin
1 TBL Ginger Root, cut in tiny strips
1 1/2 cups Green Bell Peppers, cut into bite size strips
1 cup Broccoli, bite size pieces
1 1/2 cup bok choy greens only, bite size
1/2 cup bok choy white stalk, sliced thin
1 Small bag of Dried Shitake Mushrooms (Soaked in warm water for at least 15 min. then drain)
Sauce
1/4 cup Vegetable Broth (more if you prefer)
1 TBL Teriyaki Sauce (recommend Kikkoman's Teriyaki Spicy Miso)
1 TBL Tamari (recommend San- J's)
1 tsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Granulated sugar
