1/2 red onion, finely diced
1 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce
finely chopped parsley to taste
juice of 1 lemon
2 Tblsp olive oil
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp pine nuts

This Recipe Can Really Be Made With Any Number Of Vegetables. I Have Added Some Iceberg Lettuce And Avocado To My Makeover.
